It is a challenge to ourselves instead of simply creating new models of leather sandals, we wanted to face this idea and it is a challenge to the disposable fashion market

How to make a sandal longer lasting with greater comfort, enhancing our tradition even more?

From this idea was born the “Antica Toscana” line, a real return to the tradition of the artisan sandal which here becomes even more rustic and characteristic.

Above all the concept of duration, linked to that of an increasingly sustainable fashion, is the soul of this new project. Once again we started from the materials of our territory and its values ​​to create a line of absolutely authentic and unconventional sandals.

The leather that we have chosen to use for the upper has a more lived-in appearance and not the defects are noticed even more, but the characteristics of the leather.

It has been made decidedly softer, therefore it tends to adapt perfectly to the foot, for that comfort we wanted to achieve.

Although the colors are the same as in our production, here they have a warmer, more ancient tone.

Compared to our usual sandals, here we use a flexible 5 mm leather for both the sole and the insole.

The processing that this leather undergoes in order to be flexible is such that in addition to being more greased, in the coloring it takes on the best of itself.

At the sight it has a more solid and aggressive look accentuated by natural edges and deliberately left rough, a more rustic look.

To make them more comfortable, Antica Toscana leather sandals are all made of flexible leather, a material already present in other proposals.

With the Antica Toscana line, the combination of craftsmanship and made in Tuscany materials that has always distinguished us is enhanced.

This time we wanted to give it a modern and innovative reading. We weren’t afraid to take risks and push ourselves further.

We want to evoke the sandals of our Tuscan history and tradition, giving them back the flavor of experience, of distant stories that must not be forgotten.

These materials can be adapted to all models.
