Paola Venzi, creator of Mario Doni brand with her husband, tells that the first idea was just to create men’s shoes: “At the beginning there was an unwanted change. The artisan who taught us how to make the shoes stopped and for a period all had a rest. Then the turning point was converting the offer: no more shoes, but sandals … ”
