PRODUCTS’ PRICES

The products’ prices depends on you customization, the base price is relative to the not colored base sandal before your customization.
Afterwards, you can choose some options that might increase the price.
Special customizations we’ll be quoted by our staff .
The prices are tax included.

DELIVERY

The delivery is via currier, so it’s important for the user to leave his addresses and phone number in the case the currier can’d delivery the pack at first try.
The shop will charge 7 euro for each delivery (the charge is flat: order with more than one item charge the same price).
The delivery usually takes 48 hours, depending on the delivery address, but for the products are handmade this time could be a bit longer.Shipping Prices >>

PAYMENT METHODS

The payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Credit Card Payment is carried out on secure PayPal Website where the user is redirected after having clicked on “place the order”. On the Paypal Website you we’ll asked to choose between inserting the credit card or use a paypal account to pay.

Once paid you must back to mariodoni.it website to receive the confirmation of the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As stated in the legislative decree 21/2014, the right of returns products for the on-line trade can not be applied to the supply of customized goods, with the exception of cases of manufacturing defects, that can be discussed directly with the producer writing to: mariodoni@mariodoni.it.
The shipping costs will be returned under no circumstances.
